Montclair Senior Living
New construction of a 67,000 square foot, 90 unit assisted living and memory care facility. Project included a full commercial kitchen, dining rooms, theatre, commercial laundry facilities, fitness center, and outdoor courtyards. Site work and existing medical buildings were also updated.
Hotel Lincoln
Complete interior and exterior renovation of a 12-story hotel tower built in 1968. Project also included the addition of a full service restaurant, a pool and cabana area, back of house facilities and two full bars.
Telemills Plaza
New construction, existing building renovation, site renovations and off-site improvements to a 3.4 acre retail center and 20,000 square foot of buildings.
Palmetto Offices
New construction of an 11,000 square foot multi-tenant office building. Site improvements required extensive onsite LID retention systems and a 65-foot deep dry well to capture storm water runoff. Offsite improvements included upsizing of city sewer lines and the addition of fiber optic infrastructure for future extension and use by the city.
