Terry Lysek

 

Mr. Lysek, a licensed general contractor since 1981 with more than 30 years of construction experience including management of many prestigious Southern California projects. His thorough understanding of construction schedule analysis, budgeting, contract administration and construction trade techniques, including those appropriate to public facilities and historic restoration establish him as uniquely qualified in the industry. He has personally managed projects totaling over $600 million ranging from office/retail towers, parking structures, hotels, high-rise condominiums, performing arts theaters, colleges, universities, K-12 projects and various government and civic facilities.

 

In addition to his many years as a tradesman, supervisor and manager, his expertise has been

 

and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Azusa Pacific University, as well as coursework completed at Vanguard University and Orange Coast College.  Mr. Kuhn was also able to take advantage of an advanced studies program at the International Business Institute in Europe.

 

In addition to his many unique management skills, Mr. Kuhn is an expert in all aspects of the estimating process including detailed quantity take-off, conceptual budgeting, competitive bidding, and coordination / scope definition and buy-out package development. His expertise has proven to be extremely important in providing analytical oversight for contractor / subcontractor change order negotiations and forensic cost analysis.
