Renovation & Restoration

 

Each renovation/restoration project comes with a unique set of challenges not typically encountered in new construction.

 

Many times assemblies must be modified or replaced to comply with current codes.  Hidden deterioration must be replaced with modern materials while retaining original architecture and/or preserving the "Historic" significance of each detail.
